Step 2: Design Proposal — "Within 7–14 days of the first meeting, we deliver a 3D rendering of the proposed design, a material selection guide, and a transparent written quote broken down by scope. You can see exactly what you're paying for and exactly what the finished space will look like before you sign anything."

Step 3: Build — "Once the contract is signed, we handle the permit, schedule the build, and run the project. You get one point of contact (Josh) and weekly progress updates. Every trade — concrete, framing, electrical, masonry — is coordinated by us. No homeowner-managed subs."
