Josh was outstanding to work with! From his timeliness when coming out to do the estimate and fair pricing, to his friendliness, and to his attention to detail, he was an easy pick when choosing who we wanted to work with. He did phenomenal work on our screened in patio: new flooring, new screens, new door, new paint. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to do a project in their home. We’ll use him again for sure!

Josh and his team were great to work with. I had a complicated project and Josh took the time to understand our needs and did an A+ job. My friends still marvel at our deck and the wet bar you put in for us. I would recommend Pocatko Builders to anyone that needs great work.

Josh is extremely skilled!! We had him expand/build out a closet and replace our back porch landing with new composite decking. Great communication as well. You can trust the job will get done right!

Built for the way the Carolinas live outside.
Built to last.
Humid summers, red clay and lake-house weekends are hard on a home. We plan drainage, flashing, fastening and framing details so a deck, porch or addition stays solid for decades, not just through the first season.
