As the founder of Pocatko Builders, I bring more than 15 years of dedicated experience in residential construction. My journey began with hands-on renovations of my own homes and has since evolved into a career rooted in high-end custom building. Starting in central Ohio and now established in South Carolina, I’ve built my reputation on craftsmanship, precision, and a forward-thinking approach to homebuilding.

I place a strong emphasis on fine finish details and believe that a clean, well-organized job site is the foundation for efficiency and excellence. By consistently investing in high-quality tools and materials, I ensure every project reflects both durability and beauty.

Through close collaboration with my wife, Krystin, a seasoned Real Estate Professional, I have developed a well-rounded perspective on home design, project management, and market-driven aesthetics.
